The Service2.0 Office Dashboard is a private, internal tool used only by the office staff of Service2.0 LC to set up service jobs. It is not offered to the public or to other companies.

What the Dashboard Uses

• QuickBooks Online: our own company's customers, products and services, invoice custom fields and the invoices the dashboard creates.
• Dropbox: our own company's job, quote and service report folders and files.
• Dashboard logins: each staff member's name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash) and, if they turn it on, an authenticator code secret.
• Job records: which jobs were set up, when and by whom.

How It Is Kept

• The dashboard runs on a private web server in the United States, reached only over HTTPS.
• QuickBooks and Dropbox connection tokens and authenticator secrets are stored encrypted.
• Only signed-in Service2.0 staff can use the dashboard. The one cookie it sets keeps you signed in; there is no advertising or tracking.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share this information with anyone. It is used only to run our own business: creating invoices in our QuickBooks company and job folders in our Dropbox.

Disconnecting and Deleting

The owner can disconnect QuickBooks or Dropbox at any time on the Connections page, which removes the saved connection. Staff logins can be removed by the owner. To ask about or remove any information, contact us below.
